| Angela founded
Purple P&L in 2002 as a continuation of 15 years of providing
accounting and support vehicles designed specifically for
restaurants. By the middle of 2003, Purple P&L was managing over
$66 million in annual revenues for 27 various restaurant units,
providing timely and strategic information to the restaurant
operators.
Angela currently oversees
our staff of experienced back-office
personnel. She has consulted with Outback International and
designed and implemented a corporate accounting structure for
their Atlanta office. She also trained Ernst and Young staff to
service a Panamanian franchisee. Over the years, Angela has
increased efficiency in delivering accounting services to
restaurant operators by utilizing progressive technology. The
systems at Purple P&L are constantly monitored by software
engineers who provide updates specifically geared to the
restaurant business and current POS configurations. Angela
graduated with honors from The University of Memphis in 1986.
Since that time she has garnered over 15 years of business
management experience, 10 of which involved overseeing the
growth of a small group of Outback restaurants into a major
franchisee group.
Angela has a unique understanding of the needs of the
operator and how to provide the proper management tools in an
unprecedented time frame. She has provided full-range
accounting services to all types of operations from fine dine
to coffee shops with a common focus of providing accurate
accounting information that is timely enough to have a
meaningful impact on profitability.
