With over 25 years experience as a financial executive
in the restaurant industry, John’s focus is to draw from that
knowledge to become a leading provider of outsourced
accounting and business services in the restaurant/retail
industry.
John has served as Chief Financial Officer and
Controller for organizations operating a wide array of
concepts such as Friday’s, Outback, Houlihan’s, Beefsteak
Charlie’s, Charley O, Pizza Hut, Roy Rogers, Chock Full O
Nuts, KFC, Dunkin Donuts and many other concepts covering
hundreds of units. John has earned degrees from Baruch College
in Accounting (BBA) and Taxation (MBA). He joined The Riese
Organization in NYC and progressed through the ranks of this
large restaurant chain as Staff Accountant, Tax Manager,
Controller and Chief Financial Officer. He has also served as
a financial consultant to restaurant chains in various stages
of business and debt reorganization. Over the years, John has
designed and implemented systems and various updates that have
provided optimum information exchange between store and back
office. In addition, his experience in many other facets of
the business process such as bank relationships, taxes,
insurance and lease negotiation is a source for clients to

of the entire business process from sales reports, accounts
payable and payroll to assuming a Controllership or CFO role,
allows the restaurant executive/operator to focus more on core
