The Purple P&L service allows POS dealers and distributors to offer a full service accounting companion to POS technology

Purple P&L polls the store data from the POS systems into the back office system in our offices which in turn integrates with our central accounting service geared to chain operations.

— We keep pace with technological developments and work closely with the POS representative to provide more and more functionality and ongoing access to new/upgraded POS equipment. Purple P&L has its own state-of-the-art software that collects data from today’s POS systems guiding it seamlessly from the shift closeout at the store through the complete bookkeeping and accounting process. All reports are specifically geared to the restaurant business and have been developed to provide the operator with timely and accurate information on an outsourced basis.

Our process can provide an attractive complement to the marketing of POS systems as the POS seller/distributor would be able to provide integration to a COMPLETE accounting outsource service in addition to its normal product functions.
